NMAnimalControl.com is a program of Animal Protection of New Mexico, New Mexico’s only statewide animal protection organization. APNM's
mission is to advocate the rights of animals by effecting systemic change,
resulting in the humane treatment of all animals. APNM works closely
with local animal care organizations, shelters, and animal control agencies
in a variety of ways. We provide guidelines, recommendations, and
advice on shelter operations, policies, and procedures. We also provide
training opportunities in humane education, cruelty investigations,
